We sell fanmade merchandise such as keychains, stickers, acrylic standees, and similar items.

Product colors, sizes, and designs may vary slightly due to screen differences, lighting, or manufacturing processes.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase from this shop.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Orders are available only to locations supported at checkout.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders must be paid in full at checkout or via a Buy Now, Pay Later option, if available.

We accept payment through the methods supported by Shopify’s checkout system.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at my discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices, product availability, and listings are subject to change at any time without notice.

We am not obligated to honor previous prices, promotions, or listings once they have changed or ended.

5. Shipping

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the processing and shipping times outlined in the Shipping Policy.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts.

Any customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where items arrive damaged or incorrect.

6. Store Credit

Store Credit may be issued at the shop’s discretion, including but not limited to promotional offers, order issues, or special circumstances.

• Store Credit has no cash value and is non-transferable
• Store Credit may not be stacked or combined unless otherwise stated
• Only one Store Credit may be applied per order
• Store Credit may be used toward eligible shop items only
• Store Credit does not expire unless otherwise specified
• Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another customer
  
  

Store Credit is separate from Bunny Bureau Balance and Bunny Bureau program rewards. Store Credit issued through the regular shop is governed solely by these Terms & Conditions and does not function the same as Bunny Bureau Balance shop credit.

Bunny Bureau Balance is governed by the Bunny Bureau program rules and is explained on the Bunny Bureau program page and FAQ.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photos, and content in this shop belong to rabbannt and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Although rabbannt creates fanart, all characters, trademarks, and related elements belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any copyrighted characters or franchises.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my products or website.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered.

10. Disputes

If an issue arises, customers agree to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws in our operating jurisdiction.

11. Force Majeure

We our not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, shipping carrier disruptions, customs delays, supplier issues, or platform outages.
