Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order or through other purchase options. This cancellation policy explains how you can cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Pre-order items may be produced or ordered specifically for the pre-order period.

Pre-orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

After the 48-hour cancellation period has ended, pre-orders cannot be canceled.

Pre-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds except if the item arrives damaged or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Buy Now, Pay Later

If you use a Buy Now, Pay Later payment option for a purchase, including a pre-order, the same cancellation terms apply.

You may cancel the order within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Once the cancellation period has ended or the order has shipped, the purchase cannot be canceled.

If an order is approved for a refund, the refund will be issued according to the terms of our Returns & Refunds Policy and returned through the applicable payment provider.
