• Newsletter subscription and a minimum $10 qualifying purchase per month are required to earn that month's bunny photocard

• Each qualifying monthly photocard counts as one (1) month of progress. 

• Collect monthly photocards throughout the year to earn Bunny Badges and unlock higher tiers

• Tier rewards unlock once at least three (3) qualifying monthly photocards are collected for your chosen path.

• This is a year-long rewards program tracked by qualifying monthly bunny photocards, with a new unique design released each month.

• There is no requirement to purchase every month — missing a month does not remove you from the program, and customers may collect photocards at their own pace

• Newsletter subscription and a minimum $10 qualifying purchase per month are required to earn a photocard and progress

• One photocard = one month of progress

• Customers who collect all twelve (12) qualifying monthly photocards in a single path receive the exclusive Tier 5 boxed set. Customers who collect eleven (11) months still receive all other Tier 5 rewards.

• Early reward redemption is optional, but locks you out of higher tiers and must be requested via email between the 1st and 5th of any month.

🧾 BUNNY BUREAU PROGRAM POLICY & TERMS

📋 Eligibility & Participation 

1. Participants must be 18 years or older to participate in the Bunny Bureau. By participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Customers must be subscribed to the shop newsletter and make a minimum $10 qualifying purchase during the applicable month to earn a qualifying monthly photocard.

3. Qualifying purchases exclude shipping, taxes, gift cards, and refunded or canceled orders.

4. One (1) qualifying monthly photocard equals one (1) month of progress.

5. Badge tiers are determined by the total number of qualifying months collected within your chosen path during the program year.

6. Progress resets annually unless otherwise stated.

7. Progress and rewards are tracked by customer name and shipping address; email addresses may be used as a secondary reference but are not guaranteed identifiers. Using the same name and shipping address helps ensure all your Bunny Bureau progress is tracked together.

8. Program updates, previews, and voting are communicated via the newsletter and shop updates. Voting is conducted via newsletter polls or linked shop updates.

🐾 Bunny Badge Ladder

Badge tiers are earned based on the total number of qualifying months collected within the program year:

Customers who collect eleven (11) qualifying months receive all Tier 5 rewards except the 12/12 boxed photocard set.

🎁 Free Item & Swap Policy

Free reward items are subject to availability.
Limited editions, bundles, or high-value items may be excluded.

If a listed reward is unavailable, it may be substituted with a similarly valued item at the shop’s discretion.

Rewards are themed to the characters and design of your chosen Bunny Bureau path. Participation, progress, badge tiers, and rewards are tracked per path. Additional paths may be added in the future.

Customers may request:

• 🛍️ A similarly valued shop item
• 🪙 Shop credit (manual, non-cash)

Bunny Bureau Balance: Customers may also choose to exchange eligible Bunny Bureau rewards for Bunny Bureau Balance, a stackable shop value tracked within the program. Bunny Bureau Balance is earned per reward and can be combined for multiple rewards. It is shop-only value, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Redeeming rewards for Bunny Bureau Balance is optional and governed by the Bunny Bureau program rules. Balance can be used toward eligible shop items and is separate from regular store credit.

All swap or substitution requests are subject to approval and availability.
Shop credit and substitutions are handled manually and are not tracked as points or balances.

⏳ Early Tier Reward Redemption

Customers who are certain they will not pursue higher tiers may choose to redeem a tier reward early, with these conditions:

• Early redemption is available for Tier 1 and Tier 2 rewards only
• 🚫 Redeeming early forfeits eligibility for all higher tiers for the remainder of the program year
• Early redemption requests must be submitted via email between the 1st and 5th of any month only
• Requests submitted outside the 1st–5th window will not be processed and should be resubmitted during the next eligible period.
• Redeemed rewards will ship within approximately 3–5 weeks, depending on stock availability and production timelines.

🗂️ Retroactive Photocard Policy

• One (1) retroactive photocard is allowed per program year.
• Requires a minimum $60 qualifying purchase.
• If requested during a month with an active photocard:
• Order total must be $70 or more
• Calculated before shipping and after discounts
• Retroactive photocards grant progress credit only and do not unlock additional rewards.

🛠️ Reward Design, Production & Shipping

• Rewards are custom handmade or manufactured based on final program participation totals.
• Physical reward products are not shown before the end of the program year.
• Mockup designs may be shared near year-end.
• Final reward colors, materials, and finishes may vary slightly from previews or mockups.
• Final products may be revealed around mid-January once production samples are received.
• Rewards ship in January of the following year or shortly after.
• In rare cases of production delays, shipping timelines may shift slightly. Updates will be shared via the newsletter.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is up to date before rewards ship in January.

📦 Packaging by Tier

• Tier 1: Rigid mailer
• Tier 2: Bubble mailer
• Tier 3–5: Box

Packaging type is determined by tier and reward contents. Higher tiers may ship in boxes to ensure item safety.

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

• Most shipments include tracking.
• Once a package is marked delivered, the shop is not responsible for loss or theft.

🔒 Non-Transferable / No Cash Value

Rewards have no cash value.

Bunny Bureau progress and badge tiers are tracked to the original purchaser’s name and shipping address and cannot be combined or transferred between participants.
Physical rewards may be kept or gifted once earned but may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

🌟 What is the Bunny Bureau?

The Bunny Bureau is a year-long rewards program where collectors gather monthly bunny photocards to earn Bunny Badges and unlock special physical rewards, all shipped together at the end of the program year.

Your progress is tracked through the Bunny Burrow, the internal system that records your qualifying months and badge tier for the chosen path.

🌟 How do I join the Bunny Bureau?

To participate:

• You must be subscribed to the shop newsletter
• You must make a minimum $10 qualifying purchase in the shop during the month to receive that month’s bunny photocard.

Once you have collected at least three (3) qualifying monthly photocards, you are officially enrolled in the Bunny Bureau for that program year.

🌟 How does progress work?

• 1 photocard = 1 month
• Each qualifying monthly photocard counts as one month of progress
• Badge tiers are based on the total number of qualifying months collected within the program year
• Monthly photocards collected before reaching three (3) qualify as participation but do not unlock tier tracking or rewards until Tier 1 is reached
• Progress resets at the start of each new program year

🌟 When do rewards ship?

All Bunny Bureau rewards ship the following January or shortly after, once the program year has ended and final quantities are confirmed.

Rewards are custom made based on final participation totals.

🌟 Why aren’t the physical rewards shown yet?

• Reward items are custom handmade or manufactured specifically for the Bunny Bureau
• Physical reward products are not shown before the end of the program year
• Mockup designs may be shared near year-end
• Final physical products may be revealed around mid-January once they are received

Your rewards will reflect the shop’s existing art style and bunny designs, but will be unique to the program.

🌟 What if I miss a month?

Missed a month? Rabbunnies may earn one (1) make-up photocard per year with a qualifying order.

Retroactive photocard rules:

• One retroactive photocard is allowed per program year
• Requires a $60 qualifying purchase
• If requested during a month with an active photocard, the order total must be $70 or more (before shipping, after discounts)
• Retroactive photocards count toward progress but do not grant extra rewards beyond that progress credit

🌟 Can I redeem a tier reward early?

Yes, with limits.

• Early redemption is available for Tier 1 and Tier 2 only.
• Redeeming early permanently forfeits eligibility for all higher tiers for the remainder of the program year.
• Redeemed rewards will ship within approximately 3–5 weeks. Items in stock may ship sooner; if not, they will be produced or ordered before shipping.
• Shipping is covered by the shop.

🌟 Can I swap or change my reward?

Possibly, depending on availability.

Customers may request:

• A similarly valued shop item (subject to availability) instead of the default reward
• Shop credit (manual, non-cash) may also be offered as an alternative, at the shop’s discretion

Most standard rewards are produced after the program year concludes and come in a single design. Tier 3/4 free items allow for selection from eligible shop items, but options are limited by availability, category restrictions, or exclusions.

• May be offered as an alternative to certain free items, subject to approval.
• Has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be used toward future shop purchases.
• Cannot be combined with other reward redemptions unless stated.

Bunny Bureau Balance

• Customers may exchange eligible rewards for Bunny Bureau Balance, a stackable shop value tracked within the program.

• Optional — you may choose to keep the physical reward instead

• Governed by the Bunny Bureau program rules

🌟 What is “Official Rabbundant recognition”?

Official Rabbundant recognition means:

• You are publicly acknowledged as a Tier 5 finisher for that program year
• Your completion is recognized as part of the Bunny Bureau community

This recognition is earned once and does not expire.

What is included in the Tier 5 boxed photocard set?

The Tier 5 boxed set is an exclusive reward for customers who complete all twelve (12) qualifying months in a single fandom path. It includes revamped versions of each monthly photocard collected during the program year, packaged together in a protective box.

Do I receive the boxed set if I collect 11 months?

No. The boxed photocard set is only awarded to customers who complete all twelve (12) qualifying months. Customers who collect eleven (11) months still receive all other Tier 5 rewards.

The boxed set is a special completion reward and is not issued retroactively or partially.

🌟 What is the Rabbundant Bonus Perk?

The Permanent Rabbundant Perk is an ongoing benefit tied to Rabbundant status.

• With all future purchases, Rabbundant members receive an exclusive Rabbundant die-cut sticker or sticker sheet
• The Rabbundant sticker design may vary and is subject to availability
• Rabbundant status is permanent; bonus perks may vary by year

Even if yearly bonus perks change, your Rabbundant status does not reset or disappear.

🌟 How are rewards packaged?

Packaging is determined by tier and reward contents.

• Tier 1: Rigid mailer
